How do I return an item?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact one of our sales staff at our email address.

No returns will be accepted if prior arrangement has not been made. If the problem was caused by ourselves, we will pay for the return.

All warranties on goods are as per manufacturers warranty where applicable, we encourage you to take such matters up directly with the manufacturer. If you need assistance with this we are happy to help you. Returns will not be accepted if you have simply changed your mind.
